General Terms

All services are provided in accordance with applicable international, European, and Polish transport and trade regulations.

The purchase of the vehicle is carried out from official manufacturers or authorized suppliers in China.

To initiate the process, an advance payment is required, the amount of which is determined by the vehicle model and the supplier's terms.

Placing an order constitutes the client's full acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Final settlement is completed prior to the commencement of international transportation of the vehicle.

The company reserves the right to refuse to provide the service if the request does not comply with legal requirements or logistical limitations.

Payments are accepted exclusively via bank transfer to the company's official bank account.

Customs duties, taxes, fees, and certification expenses are paid separately unless otherwise agreed.

The settlement currency is specified in the contract or commercial offer.

The client is required to provide a correct delivery address and the recipient's contact details.

The indicated timeframes are approximate and may change due to customs inspections, weather conditions, or port congestion.

Claims are accepted within 48 hours from the moment of delivery.

The company's liability is limited to the amount paid for logistical services.

Cancellation Policy

Order cancellation is possible prior to confirmation of the vehicle purchase from the supplier.

After placing an order with the manufacturer, the advance payment may be partially or fully non-refundable, depending on the supplier's terms.

Once production has started, documents have been prepared, or shipment has commenced, refunds are not provided.

In the event of an error on the part of the company, the client is entitled to a full or partial refund in accordance with the contract.
